I am to state that Administrative Supervisors listed out in the Annexure to
this letter selected for appointment to the post of Assistant Administrative
Officer in the B.P. cited, are allotted to your Region against the
existing vacancy.
2) I am to inform that with reference to
note (1) in Annexure-II, referred to in Regulation 93 of Tamil Nadu Electricity
Board Service Regulations read with the Tamil Nadu Electricity (Re-Organisation
and Reforms) Transfer Scheme 2010, orders of appointment and posting as
Assistant Administrative Officers may be issued by you to the promotee under
intimation to this Office.
3) It is certified that the above promotee
possesses the requisite qualification to hold the post of Assistant
Administrative Officers and hence his/her pay shall be fixed under Regulation
33 (b) of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulations.
4) I am to also request you to issue
necessary reposting orders immediately and to incorporate the following clause
in the appointment and posting orders of the above promotee.
