Sub:	Establishment - Class III Service - Promotion to the post of Draughtsman from the post of Assistant  Draughtsman - List of names selected and included in the panel - Orders - Issued.

                   One (1) name of Assistant Draughtsman as detailed in the Annexure-I to this memo. is informed that his name has been approved and included in the panel for promotion to the post of Draughtsman on regular basis under Regulation 92 of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulation.

                   2. The names of the Assistant Draughtsman indicated in the Annexure-II have not been selected for promotion to the post of Draughtsman.

                    3. The names of Assistant Draughtsman mentioned in the Annexure-II are informed that any appeal against their non-selection lies with the Chairman-cum-Managing Director/TANGEDCO which should be preferred within a period of 2 months from the date of communication of this memo. If no appeal is received within the said period the approved list communicated (Annexure-I) will be deemed as final.

                   4. They are directed to acknowledge the receipt of this memo.
