The attention of all the concerned Superintending Engineers is being invited with reference to the TANGEDCO Proceedings cited, wherein order was issued to absorb 4,037 Contract Labourers who were engaged on daily wages @ Rs.120/- as well as 236 Temporary Casual Labourers who were engaged as per the Hon'ble High Court's orders as Mazdoor (Trainee) on consolidated pay.
In this regard, the Superintending Engineers are requested to furnish the details (in Triplicate) of the above contract labourers / TCLs. who have joined duty as Mazdoor (Trainee). The details of CLs./TCLs. who were engaged directly by the Board @ Rs.120/- and have not joined as Mazdoor (Trainee) for various reasons must also be furnished in the Annexure enclosed.
As the above details are required urgently, the Superintending Engineers are requested to furnish the same on or before 23.09.2013
