I am to invite your attention to the reference cited wherein it was instructed that all the Heads of Departments to prepare the details of employees as on 30.09.2013 in excel format as specified in Annexure – I and soft copy of the same may be sent to the Commissioner of Treasuries & Accounts through E-mail id: jdnhis@nic.in and aramanathan@mdindia.com (Third party Administrator). Further a hard copy in the form of CD may be handed over to the office of the Commissioner of Treasuries & Accounts, Saidapet, Chennai – 15 in respect of offices located at Chennai and to the concerned District Treasuries in respect of offices located outside Chennai. Further , a printout of the same in respect of all offices may be sent to the Secretariat Branch/ TANGEDCO. It was informed by the Commissioner of Treasuries & Accounts that the particulars yet to be received from your office and requested to send immediately.

Therefore all the Pay Drawing Officers of the TANGEDCO are hereby requested to complete this work on warfooting basis as instructed and send immediately through E-mail id:jdnhis@nic.in and aramanathan@mdindia.com and also to secretary E-mail id: secy@tnebnet.org immediately. Otherwise it will be viewed seriously.
