Under Regulation 92 of T.N.E.B. Service Regulation, the 31 names of Senior Draughtsman detailed in the Annexure-I to this Memo. are informed that their names have been selected and included in the Panel for promotion to the post of Head Draughtsman on regular basis.
2. One Thiru.B.Sekar, (DOB:15.01.1960) Senior Draughtsman/ MTPS has not been selected in this Panel for the reason mentioned in the Annexure-II. He is informed that any appeal against his non selection lies with the Chairman cum Managing Director/TANGEDCO within a period of 2 months from the date of communication of the approved list. If no appeal is received within the said period the approved list communicated (Annexure-I) will be deemed as final.
3. They are directed to acknowledge the receipt of this memo.
