                   In the review meeting, the CMD has instructed that all the pending promotional panel if any has to be finalised and promotion order issued before 15th February 2014.

                   In this connection, I invite your attention to the references cited, wherein it has been requested to furnish the suitability reports and Performance Assessment Report of Adm. Supervisors for preparation of panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer.  But even after the lapse of two months, the particulars are not received till date.

                   I am therefore request you to furnish the particulars enclosed in the Annexure for considering the promotion of Administrative Supervisor as Assistant Administrative Officer within 3 days.  As the position has to be appraised to CMD special attention may be taken and ensure that the reports are send within 3 days.

                   This may be treated as MOST URGENT and the details furnished immediately.
